Ferrous Polishing Compounds
VADC-02: It is a powerful heavy duty alkaline degreasing compound for Ferrous Polishing Compounds. It effectively removes almost any sort of industrial soils from the surface of the metals and it is best metal cleaner and has good lubricity and inhibition properties best using with ceramic media, in vibratory finishing machine and centrifugal finishing machine.
VFPC-07: Ferrous polishing compound for all automobile and wide range of engineering precision components it is a non-toxic dry alkaline powder, the compound contains polishing chemicals and rust inhibitors.
VFDB-08: It is deburring and descaling compound for all types of ferrous parts, of automobile and wide range of engineering precision components, it is a non-toxic dry alkaline powder, the compound contains abrasive of tough hardness and right particle size, average 400 to 1000 microns. After processing on this compound, the parts will appear as matte finish and if the components requires to be processed for polishing or burnishing finish it should be processed with VMFPL series VFPC-65 or VFPC-70 liquid compound with suitable media.
VNFD-09: Non-ferrous deburring compound, it is a non-toxic acidic base dry powder, the compound contains abrasive of tough hardness and particle size, average 600 to 1000 microns.
VNFP-10: Non-ferrous polishing compound, it is a non-toxic dry slightly acidic powder, the compound contains polishing chemicals and anti-tarnish additives.
VARP-80: Is alkaline base rust preventive compound which provides shelf life and rust protection on ferrous components for short duration before carrying out further operations to be used by dipping method. It is higher concentration compound that will prevent rust from 6 hrs to 20 days depending on type of material and whether conditions.
