Mass Finishing Liquid Compounds
VFPC-65
Provides excellent lubricity and develops bright finish on ferrous and non ferrous parts such as mild steel, stainless steel, sintered parts, fine blank parts, aluminium castings and etc, it is used for several application for cleaning, demurring and polishing purpose high rust protection properties and cleaning, slightly alkaline compound, good degreaser it is used with ceramic, plastic media and also it is good for steel media burnishing.
VFPC-70
Best general purpose alkaline compound produces lustrous, bright, highly reflective surfaces on aluminium, Mazak, Zine, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Sintered parts, and copper parts moderate cleaning, medium foam, removes light machine oils good degreaser also can be used in steel media burnishing, and good rust inhibition.
VFPC-75
It is excellent bleaching and cleaning alkaline compound for all ferrous and non-ferrous metals eliminates the need for separate cleaning of steel media, provides excellent lubricity and develops bright finish, and it is used with ceramic, plastic and steel media.
VADL-120
It is a mild aggressive acidic degreasing and rescaling compound specially formulated to brighten the ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts and it is a superior product which cleans all oils and keeps media and rubber wall clean from oil build-up imparts good color on metal parts it is used with ceramic media and steel media burnishing along with any of V.I. series: VFPC-65, VFPC-70 and VFPC-75 compounds.
VADL-140
It is extra strength acidic descaling compound formulated to remove tough heat treated scales on ferrous parts excellent cleaning low foaming it is used with the help of ceramic media and after processing of this compound the parts should be processed with VFPC-65 or VFPC-70 for brighten the parts and also this helps as a neutralizer.
